1. Digital Product Nature
- All our products are handwritten digital notes (PDF format).
- Once the download link is provided, the product cannot be returned.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
- If the payment is successful but the notes download link is not received within 24 hours.
- If the wrong product is delivered (e.g., you ordered “Animal Tissue Notes” but received another chapter).
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- If you did not like the handwriting style or content quality.
- If the same chapter is purchased multiple times by mistake.
- Once the notes have been downloaded successfully.
4. Refund Process
- If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us with your payment proof (transaction ID) via email or Telegram.
- Our team will verify your request and, if approved, initiate the refund within 5–7 working days.
